Pathetic service.

I have the worst experience with old mutual. I can understand why they have so many bad reviews. I also tell people not to do or invest any money with them. I have sent a complaint to them and have not received any feedback. They don't have the decency to give any attention to their clients. Can I ask for someone of old mutual to please answer me. All they send is an automated message. Pathetic!!!! I will badmouth them on all platforms until they answer me. Through me they will lose business.
