Pathetic service at Old Mutual

<p>it's been 6months since my pa passed away and I've been have the most terrible service with Old mutual, they refuse to pay out his policy, I've been in different branches almost twice every week and everyone promised me it will be resolved however nothing has happened yet. This is the worst company I have ever invested in. Legal action had to be taken! </p>
