Pathetic Service At Old Mutual

<p>My Money Account was closed to being dormant for some time. That part I understand and as a result I went to the Old Mutual Branch in Jabulani Mall. </p> <p> </p> <p>After waiting in the queue for nearly an hour with no understanding as to when I will be served and seeing the gentllman helping customers that came way after I did is what got me worked up. I approached the gentleman to ask why it is the case and all he could tell me is that its part of a process they follow and I should sit down till the call my name. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thats when I asked for the manager onlt to be shocked that the rusde gentlman with no customer service focus, empathy or just basic soft s****s is actually the manager. I was livid with him and he didnt apologise for any of his comments. His name is Sdima Gwadana. I cannot imagine how this guy leads a team in that branch with such a pathetic attitude. </p> <p> </p> <p>I eventually got my issue resolve as the Maponya Mall branch and guess what ? They have a system that they explain prior to you receiving your reference number and sitting down. </p> <p> </p> <p>Sdima Gwadana. A branch manager with a bad attidude and no customer service focus needs to be dealt with as it came to my knowledge that this guys once managed the Maponya Mall branch and was moved due to his poor people s****s, to now haunt Old Mutual customers at the Jabulani Mall branch. </p> <p> </p> <p>Old Mutual. Please sort this out!!!!</p>
