Pathetic Service and refusal to give phone call audio

After my loan was extended without my knowledge, old Mutual Manager Jacques refuses to send me an audio of my call that I was explained about the extension of my loan months and his also refusing to send me a written response on my complains addressing me as This client. Mulalo and finance department will definitely ignore your emails until heaven comes back. The service at old Mutual is pathetic and would not recommend anyone to even try them. You will never be helped with anything you would like to be helped with.
