Pathetic service and misleading adverti*****t of the products

Its very easy to open an account and save, false adverti*****t tells you how you can withdraw your money at any time. I am unable to get the help I need to cancel a TAX FREE savings plan, All i get from the service centre is a request to complete a thousand forms, they went as far as asking me to open a bank account for a minor.

I think the run around is ********* as it is very easy for you to collect every month from my account without false, however when you need to assist pay back, which this is 100% my money, I have to run around like I am asking for credit.
