Pathetic service and *********** staff

<p>I hate...actually hate is putting it lightly....i despise old mutual and its staff members....iv been to branches since decemcer to perform one stupid and simple disinvestment transaction and there has been an issue each ****ing time.....train your stuff member to do follow ups on clients transactions and communicate effectivly....why the hell do i need to come thru to a stupid branch and see people inorder to know what is happening with the transaction i took off at work in order to perform? Do you guys not have phones????????i am not sure why i decided to try this stupid institution any way....and how are consultants permitted to use personal cell phones ...for personal.reasons while assisting clients???</p>
