Pathetic service

Old Mutual Enquiry --CCCNM***1-- I sought assistance from Old Mutual from 26 October 2022 and on the 12 November 2022 I contacted their help desk which is not helpful at all by the way as they haven't bothered to assist. After my divorce, we have to share everything including our investments and provident and pension funds but Old Mutual is giving the run around in cashing my share, this is the order of the court or perhaps I should approach the court again because they have no right to refuse with this funds, it's not like it's yours.
