Pathetic Service

I have an Old Mutual Investment taken out over years ago. I've been trying to update information for 2 months now, sent numerous emails and no response. On the 2nd of May I requested partial withdrawal. I attempted to this telephonicaly and was told to go into a branch. Did that , thy could not help me and called the call center, waited over 30mins and left. By this time, I'd been there twice in the day and over an hour each time. I then did the withdrawal over whatsapp. The full amount because the process doesn't allow for partial withdrawal. It is the 12th May now and I have been calling and emailing and requesting call backs, even single day with ZERO HELP.

I can guarantee that if I miss a payment I will be called repeatedly But now I get nothing!!!

I have 4 references numbers for requests for assistance to *** I've sent all required docs to *** I did 2 complaints on the website 4 call backs NO SERVICE AT ALL
