Pathetic Service!!!

I have been trying to contact Old Mutual since last year December to date I still have not received any assistance, i spent hours trying to reach them and their phone goes unanswered, and ended up running out of airtime, i then decided to use their whatsapp chat service, it is not user friendly and very useless, i still did not get what i was looking for. I sent an email to their client services and no response was received They then had the nerve to send me an email to sign up for their rewards program, I then responded to that email informing them i needed assistance and that I have not been getting any responses and that I was not happy with their services, and their lack of customer service, they responded and requested me to send an email to their useless GSEnquiries that I have already utilized and no feedback was received, I then informed them that I would like to cancel due to the lapse in service and WOW.. they confidently informed me to send a letter to them in writing, after so many decades insured with them I was so shocked that it is how they treat their loyal clients, the service is PATHETIC to say the least.. They are the WORST insurance ever!! They eve have the nerve to wish me a happy birthday after such horrible service
