Pathetic Service

In May last year my father passed away, and he had a Pencare policy which stated it would pay a certain amount. Yo date nothing , after numerous emails all they can say it's in process to be paid . Two weeks in the same process. Old Mutual goes from Bad to Worse. And try sending acomaint to there email and it doesn't allow you to send one.. Phoning them is even worse, you get sent to so many different people who are *********** in my view.
