Pathetic service from old mutual Maureen Tyimi - empty promises Ayanda - putting me on hold until her knock off time knowing very well that I can't call back because the lines will be closed at 6 Robin lategan - unprofessional email agent Mickyle Pedro - **** to me and said the adviser has been removed, I even asked for his manager's email to compliment him. Thank God I called a week after just to confirm that indeed the advisor has been removed and I told No he HASN'T been removed by Deidre Ross and she continued to tell me that there is no turn around time for my request meaning I could actually wait for another year before this simple request can be actioned. I asked to speak to a manager she promised that Clayton Pretorius will call me but she doesn't know when. Old mutual is a joke. The worst decision I've ever made, the amount of money I've wasted calling them but still no service rendered
