Pathetic service

Claimed and submitted documents in July 2021. Two beneficiaries are in the UK. After countless follow ups one beneficiary in the UK was paid on 22 November 2021. Now almost two weeks later, ive called 3 times this week and each time i get a different story. The latest being that the money has been in a holding account since August 2021 and just needs to be released to the beneficiary! Escalations to managers never work and nobody ever gets back to you. Pathetic service! Not recommended at all!
