Pathetic service!

I finally get somewhere after months and customer service gets involved and now when I query payment amount its like a ghost town no feedback, the only reply I got was as per my email yet I was asked to submit documentation and when i ask for documentation for their side..... Nothing. Its so sad that after years paying, you have to literally beg for information. This company is just a waste of time! Even the complaints dept is none the better so really dont know who can help me at this point. I am beyond frustrated. And their phone lines i waited for an hour and still no answer. I even emailed to ask if they would just inform me that they are looking into the mattter but alas nothing.
