Pathetic Service

Old Mutual service is pathetic. Cannot speak to a dedicated person. Everyone hides behind systems so that they don't have to deal with customers directly. As small business owners, we have to give everything we own as security to banks just to be able to get an overdraft to continue with business, pay bills and staff. I have now been trying for 2 weeks between bank and Old Mutual to just get a cession signed and back to the bank to get an overdraft. There is no sense of urgency, by the time the massive corporates like Old Mutual come to the party, I think most business will be liquidated or such financial distress, they cannot continue. My opinion is that it would be best for small businesses to rather keep their money for themselves and not invest in insurance companies that just take our hard earned money, invest to make profits or themselves and give no service back to the customers from who they take the money in the first place!
