Pathetic service!!!

<p>We went into an old mutual finance retail store to settle our account and we receive tge worst service ever!! I will never recommend you'll ever! The receptionist was more worried about how she looked and the staff are arrogant at the gateway branch in umhlanga. I even requested a paid up letter which I haven't received to date. I request that a manager contacts us urgently to resolve this complaint and I require an apology for terrible service.</p>
