Pathetic Service
<p>Yesterday I went to Old Mutual in the Goldfields Mall, sadly I sat there for 45 min, watching only 1 guy actually working while the manager just sat there watching the place fill up with customers, the one other guy was up and down the place and the receptionist looked lost,the other people that were in there wearing uniform just dissapeard to back. I can understand the system was off and on again but its complete nonsense that they dont book appointments and they are understaffed. Old mutual cares for its customers but the service I got there was disgusting, they have smug looks on their faces and keep looking at you like they dont care, I wont be going back there, im disgusted.</p>
i am so glad we have platforms such as hello peter, after i put on my complaint, i was reminded of who and what old mutual is im so thankful to Terry, Brent and the Welkom branch Manager for their calls and assistance, i really wish all old mutual clients could recieve the kind of service you guys gave me, thanks a lot for the perfect service..........
