pathetic service!!
<p>Such a terrible service I got from such big company !!! We trying to process a claim BT they CNT help us with the reference number that my brother got from 1 of d branches in Durban; such big company CNT pick up information with the reff no??? &the reception ladys attitude stinks!! We ended up not getting help with my fathers claim for his death!! They didn't even show any empathy about our lost instead they making us go up n down for there own miscommunication!! I'm cancelling my own funeral plan educational plan& I wouldn't advice even a friend or family member to take anything from old mutual; the service is ****!!</p>
