PATHETIC SERVICE
The appalling service that we received Old mutual is absolutely disheartening! The frustration you have caused me is beyond words. I have called you at least 8 times today, your PATHETIC agents in your call center keep putting me on MUTE and continuously cut the call on me! I am angry, i am frustrated and i am at the point of giving up. You guys have MY MONEY AND REFUSE TO HELP ME!!!!!!!!! the worst service i have ever received. You make a person want to cry. I hope every agent is investigated. They're terrible at their jobs. I will be canceling my services once i speak to someone.

An agent even answered the phone and is saying to someone on the other end"how can you put through the call at this time, it's time to go home. Now i must talk to this cakes". He then mutes us and does not come back on the line. How do you guys have people like this in your call center. Please pull the call recordings and have a listen to what they've done to me today. When you call me i will give you the number we called from so you can pull the recordings. It's so upsetting and frustrating.
