Pathetic Service

I have requested to surrender a policy i have with Old Mutual in November of 2020, I was then requested to submit certain documents which i did in November 2020, i was informed that the money will be paid out in a few days which never happened. I have been sent from pillar to post since then, I have visited a Old Mutual branch and i have also called the call centre always being promised that the funds will be deposited into my account but unfortunately the funds have not yet been deposited into my account I
