Pathetic Service

I am so fed up with Old Mutual. I have been trying for 5 years to change the ownership of my policy....for months I have been emailing and calling and the answer still remains the same....it is with our legal department.....I mean really...... I was told it will take up to 72 hours....I don't know in what universe Old Mutual operates, but clearly it is in another universe where time is calculated differently
