PATHETIC SERVICE
I am livid, I have been trying to get through on all the numbers provided for Old mutual with NO LUCK, I the proceeded to send emails and got automated responses with reference numbers : AR: POLICY NUMBER 69345SBOO305077 - REF: --GSENQ***-- AR: POLICY NUMBER 69345SBOO305077 - Old Mutual Enquiry [CLAIMS***1]
Todate no contact has been made , I have just spent another 20 minutes trying to get through.
