pathetic service

Wht a terrible , unprofessional service received from Bulelwa Sithole & Owen tsetsane. All I wanted to do was add a benefit on my policy. Bulelwa did no follow ups on my application & gave me no feedback , even after al efforts I made to remind her , she did not care .Shes jst pathetic , like she doesnt know her role as an advisor.Or maybe she only cares about what shes benefitting & not my needs as a customer. Owen was extremely rude , referred to me as 'lomtu'. Unfortunately to me the quote expired because somebody did no do their job. Unacceptable!
