Pathetic Service
I am over boiling point with Old Mutual really!!! 2 weeks of calls to a non existing customer care facility. You are kept on hold for hours with no assistance. Mail after mail to a non existing support mail address. I need assistance and you are just wasting my time and money chasing assistance that is clearly not being offered??? Get your company under control ffs!!
