Pathetic service

What is wrong with Old Mutual???? Do they not understand English, must I keep complaining for my point to get across??? From the 17th of Jan I have been requesting to withdraw a portion of my money and with the worse service ever I requested ALL MY MONEY and that my account be closed but clearly they not interested in what a client wants, it's pathetic and disgusting. After dealing with a call center agent who has no manners, I laid a complaint and wow look again I must lay another complaint because I didn't get my full amount that I've invested, it's been 10 days and all I get is a portion of which I've asked for in the very beginning, where is the full amount????? Someone better call me because I will not put up with this ******* service anymore!!!!!
