pathetic service

Hi there <br> <br> i have having pathetic service from Old Mutual Health solutions gap cover i have been sending a claim from August and still waiting for a response from them ,when i called they where short staff so they did not do anything about the claim then i called again the lady was on leave and up till date nothing is happening we are getting legal letters from doctors and they still not interested . i have emailed the claim numerous of time as well.<br> <br> Can this be sorted out urgently
