Pathetic service

Pathetic service. No communication from these people what so ever. My Mom passed away and we claimed her life insurance that she left for us. And these people told us 3-5 business days. It’s almost been a month now. No one called us, sent an email advising us what’s going on NOTHING. My Dad had a stroke and he has to go up and down the whole time after these people to get an answer from them and it takes a lot out of him. And every time he gets there the person who’s dealing with his case is not there. I’ve made a complaint via email and they requested his ID number, I gave that and now it’s been 2 days no reply from them. My Dad has to make use of people to drive him to where he needs to be because can’t drive because of his stroke. This place and it’s service is absolutely shocking and disgusting. I would not record d anyone taking out a policy from these people
