Pathetic service

I spend the whole day trying to contact old mutual with no luck and when get through to them I spoke to guy called Tyron Jacob(ref number: CET ***) who refused to give email address of his superior so I can send my experience with old mutual, Tyrone did not listen to what I saying he kept on telling me same thing all over. I opened account for my daughter and the person who I contacted me never informed me of commission and administration fee that I need to pay every month.
