Pathetic Service
Pathetic service from Old Mutual. I am still awaiting my claim. All the documents were submitted via whatsapp and it has since been 2 weeks and no payment. I have been following up on this matter for the past week and it has still not been resolved. I have been sent from pillar to post with excuses.
