PATHETIC SERVICE
I went to submit my documents to a Branch in Rissik Street and Kerk with regards to my two policies that lapsed.A month passed by without any agent contacting me .After a month I called Old Mutual and I spoke to a lady who took more than ten minutes of my time trying to fix what the\ Branch"didn't do ! now again its been weeks since I have been promised an sms from Old Mutual "
