Pathetic Service!

I have recently requested a cancellation on an investment fund with old mutual. I app**** for the investment through a broker and I also requested her to cancel the investment which she did. However, the investment was not cancelled so I took it upon myself to cancel it. I have emailed and called old mutual about ten times and still, nothing has been done to cancel this policy. I am appalled and disappointed with the service I have received and I would not recommend old mutual to anyone. They have debited me for r300 for something I don't want and can't even guarantee me a refund!<br> A seriously upset client!
