call center is pathetic and actually screams at the customers and talks over them. i am going to cancel all products with you. cannot get a simple certificate from you guys so i can submit my tax details to sars AS REQUIRED BY SARS I NEED THE INFORMATION YOU ARE WITHHOLDING FROM ME!!!!!
