Pathetic process

I submitted a funeral claim with Old Mutual on the 4th of January, would you believe me if I told you its still not paid out. Imagine if we didn't have the money to bury my father. What would we have been? I even drove 130kms to a branch on the 6th, still no pay out. Instead they keep on sending me smses daily requesting for the same Letter of authority and deceased estate account details. If you're shopping for a funeral policy DO NOT go there. They are PATHETIC!!

I've called the branch in Cradock spoke to Frank who said he'd call me on Tuesday, I guess it's still Tuesday morning !!
