PATHETIC, POOR SERVICE! and FALSE PROMISES

<p>I have never experienced pathetic service ever! and this is the 1st time claiming with OLD MUTUAL! i have been ignored and treated like trash! wasted airtime by having to call them for hours explaining the story everytime a new a consultant answers! I opened a retirement plan with Old mutual, while i was still working. I then left my job to be a fulltime student. I claimed with Old mutual for my money, they requested documents which i provided, then gave me a date of when the money will be in my account! The date came and still NO MONEY! I called them and the consultants had no idea what i was talking about and couldnt even find my claim! She didnt even sound interested in assisting and resorted to placing me on hold for an hour! Now that I have threatened to expose them on national TV, I am given yet ANOTHER date for the payout! meaning that nothing was done! my claim was just ignored and placed aside simply because it is a REFUND! I am so angry and have had the worst service from OLD MUTUAL and it is MY FIRST TIME CLAIMING! I wonder if i was 55 and on retirement how worse this wouldve been! They are delaying with my money on purpose! somebody chose not to do their job</p>
