Pathetic pathetic
Went to gateway branch on 12 October, lady at the reception at the time was so unfriendly, then a man decided to help who then called a consultant, consultant probably just needed to make her commission so was nice at the time, I went to close off of my accounts and was told the monies will be in my account within 5 working days, today is the 7th day and stil waiting..will def not take up any other policies with old mutual
