Pathetic old mutual

Most pathetic company out there. Don't answer their clients, not in anyway. Not email of phone. Waiting on a payout. They have this cute little stupid app whereby you could supposedly track your everything but it doesn't even recognise my ID number as a client. Pathetic service. If they would at least answer their phones but your put on hold for ever. Who can afford that? It's not a toll free number. *****s man.
