Pathetic Old Mutual

*********** and perhaps even ******* business practice from Old Mutual JUNE 2024: App**** for funds to be paid out and told money would reflect after 21 days. After 22 working days contacted OMSF to enquire about the payout was told the money was paid out 2 days ago. This was confirmed by their SMS service too whilst holding for an absolute eternity (they must make money on each call as they take their time to answer) So with a consultant (forgot their fancy title name) and a SMS confirmation the wait began again. Ha what an idiot I am listening to their lies as still no money So called last week and was told NO nothing had been paid out! Hello? After much waiting and being thanked for holding on - like jirre eknraak nou mooi kwaad) I was told that my case was escalated and would take 3 - 4 working days. Not sure what this meant as this could.not be explained to me either. Anyhoo after this pathetic interaction contacted OM via Facebook only to receive a most boring apology for the poor service - again after about a week Today still no funds reflecting....
