PATHETIC OLD MUTUAL

I took out a loan with Old Mutual Finance in 2012, and due to some financial issues I could not pay it back on time, then the account was handed over to MBD I made payment arrangement of R400 a month until last year June, I was hijacked and kidnapped to save my life I had to transfer my salary to the ********* for the m to release me because it was just after the payday, then I defaulted on everything again and had to make payment arrangements with other creditors as well, I was granted a loan of R5800, and the balance was R3250, when I called again in September to start paying again.<br> <br> today I received summons to court saying I owe R7072, stating I have never paid a single amount since I took out a loan, I need to pay that amount within 20 days in order to avoid the garnishee on my salary.<br> <br> I cannot believe how Old Mutual can stoop this low, instead of calling or sending smses as they always do and making other arrangements instead they decide to take me to court with this crazy amount to pay.<br> <br> I have a policy with them I will cancel it, clearly they don't give a toss about their clients.<br> <br> I AM DISSAPOINTED WITH OLD MUTUAL....I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO MY FRIEND
