Pathetic Insurer
My mother took out an investment with Old Mutual in 2003, it was a lump sum. Today she went to a branch in Butterworth to see how much it was so she can withdraw it only to be told there’s nothing for her to withdraw and no explanation given. The young girl serving her just dismissed her as she is 79 years old she did not have the power to throw her toys. Pity I was not there. Old Mutual investigate this and give my 79 year old mother proper response as to what happened to her lump sum investment!!!
She also had group life insurances and never received anything for them!

We still await for response from you Old Mutual! My mother has not been assisted, you have her number I have given you also the details on the policies she wants answers to till today DOLOLO! When people invest and take out insurances from you they expect to be assisted not ignored.
