Pathetic Incompetence Layers

For more than 2 months now, no premiums are deducted towards my Old Max wealth investment. On inquiring today why I am told that on the 31/01/2021 and 28/02/2021 there was insufficient funds available in the account. But it is absolute nonsense, I have my statement to proof that there was more than enough funds.
