Pathetic finance dept

<p>I have app**** for a loan which has been approved. Old mutual did not have my company listed on their system so they had to create it. All done and well, after submitting ALL supporting documents, they still cannot confirm my employment. This has been going on for over a week now, and the branch consultant has been doing everything in his power to get my loan paid out, but still head office has issues with employment confirmation. This is pathetic and unacceptable and giving the branch a very bad name since it is new in the area. Im out of options. I was happy in getting my first old mutual money account, but will not recommend anyone in applying for a loan. Terrible service from head office !!!! I will remain with my current banker and never apply for a loan at old mutual ever again. Nor will I attempt to invest with them.</p>
