PATHETIC DUE DILIGENCE

Deeply saddened by the lack of attention to detail by OM.

I signed to increase my life cover amount to R6m. I don't know how they did their internal processes but i was shocked to get an email congratulating me on taking up R4m.This lack of due diligence is shocking from a multi-national insurer like OM.

I refuse to complete another pack of documents to rectify a mistake on their part, you already have my policy upgrade documents i signed. Use those!!!
