PATHETIC, DISGRACEFUL SERVICE!!!!!!

I am really disappointed with old Mutual, for such a huge company you are a disgrace!!! I have sent my Superfund Claim documents on the 16th August 2021 and I have not received one response form you, every time I call to follow up none of your consultants seem to ''find' my documents yet I have a REFERENCE NUMBER, and will ''escalate'' I have spoken to a total of 7 people all of whom have ''escalated but funny enough I have never received a single communication for these escalations. I am immediately cancelling everything I have ever joined with you guys, it is over a month now that i have submitted these missing documents from your system. YOU ARE PATHETIC!!!!!
