Pathetic Death Claim Department

I honestly don't even know where to start. As brokers it is extremely frustrating to deal with this department as we receive NO response ,NO feedback, every few weeks there are extra outstanding requirements that has already been submitted at the very BEGINNING. I can go on all day long with frustrations that we have to put up with when dealing with death claims on behalf of clients. SERIOUS SERIOUS attention is needed here!!
