Pathetic customer service Period

I have a life cover with old mutual, under green light, They didn't deduct the premium, I went to the branch to get some answers, I was then given a number to call the line just rings no answer, again today I went back to the branch same issue no answer consultant call them ,he was holding for 45 minutes, what a pathetic customer service, ,
