pathetic customer service!!! *********** employees

I have concerns about my Annuity policy, I have been trying for the last 3 hours to call someone at old mutual to assist me. I was transferred eighteen times! then I asked on Facebook for assistance, the reply I got was to discuss my issue on Facebook! how unprofessional! so now I need to trust this *********** company with my retirement money!????
