PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE ..... AGAIN !!

Once again I am dealing with incompetence from Old Mutual. Requested that one of our policies be terminated over a month ago. Provided all the relevant paperwork and even paid to have a Solicitor provide the Commissioner of Oaths declaration. This was again emailed to a Nicky Jacobs on the 8 February 2021 and to date we have not received the courtesy of a reply or a status update. Please Old Mutual , stop with recruiting staff who have no clue about customer service and recruit staff that are passionate about service and are willing to bring your company back to the excellent standards that made you the go to Life Insurance company. Please !
