Pathetic Customer service

they are very quick to take your monthly premium but when you need them they simply hide behind stupid e-mails and do not help their customers. They stopped my claim payment with no explanation and without notice. Your support is absolutely pathetic and you have *********** people sitting in a office and making stupid decision about someone elses life without even looking at the facts in hand.Can someone please wake up and call me so that this matter can be resolved.Where can I get the head of the claims department's contact details?
