Pathetic customer care regarding ***** case

Reported a ***** case 3 MONTHS AGO. Personal cover taken out with my Persal number (government employee) with false information. No feedback is given, no payout, money is still being deducted from my salary every month! Pathetic customer care. My local branch (Uitenhage) was very helpful, trying to help me. But they must also make use of the customer care line (call a friend) with no help on the other side!!
