Pathetic Company & Clueless Employees

Donavan Brown, that's one name I'll always remember when it comes to Pathetic & Disgusting Service. This puppet team leader promised to send me an email within 20 minutes. This is over 24 hours ago. After speaking to 2 *********** group schemes' agents, I now know why they are so ***********. If their managers can lie on so called recorded lines then what more do you expect from such a disgraceful company. Here is my instruction to old mutual, with immediate effect cancel whatever policy I have with you and pay back my money into my bank account. This is what I've been asking for over a week, yet it doesn't take an hour to take up a policy. There are dozens of reliable FSP's out there waiting to service people. Old mutual is old and about to die, no sense of customer service at all. Just follow my simple instruction and do not attempt to come up with ******* explanation, I've heard it all. Donavan Brown and team, you are the most useless people I've ever had to deal with in any company and thank goodness that I no longer have to deal with you. None of my family members, relatives and friends will ever consider old mutual because of you.
