Pathetic Client Service!

I am so tired of the bad service I received from Old Mutual. My account gets debited every month when I was advised it is been cancelled!! I dealt with keenan whos service inspired me to cancel my policy, after he advised me my premium amount has changed when it wasnt, to being double debited. Then I was advised by client services this has been cancelled, to which another payment went off my bank account!! I am currently on the line with your call centre to query, and I am still holding for 30minutes!! Your service is pathetic, I have lost faith in your brand. If your service had been sufficient you would not have lost a client!
